Finalizes Sale of Former Walmart Barbara Coomber, R. E. Broker, is pleased to announce the sale of the former Walmart building located at the New Smyrna Beach Regional Shopping Center. The CCI Properties Team represented GC Development in the purchase of the 86,434 square foot space formerly occupied by Walmart. In addition, CCI Properties has successfully negotiated leases with Bealls Outlet and Big Lots and is currently working to lease the remaining 33,000 square feet of space available in this prime location. Rates are negotiable based on square footage required and location. Kimberly Brouillette of Hardee Construction, Inc. is the General Contractor for the project.
